World Cup 2014 Qualifier - England v Montenegro

England v Montenegro - Friday October 11 2013 (ITV 1, 8pm)

England face Montenegro at Wembley on Friday in their penultimate 2014 World Cup qualifying match. The Three Lions are currently top of Group H with 16 points, but Monetenrgo are just a point behind alongside Ukraine. Roy Hodgson's men came away from Montenegro with a point back in March but will be expected to win this time around.

The countries also met in qualification for Euro 2012, with Montenegro surprisingly holding England to draws in both fixtures. The first encounter came at Wembley and was a dire goalless draw. However, the reverse match was an enthralling encounter, with Montenegro coming back from two goals down to level the game. England had Wayne Rooney sent off but managed to cling onto the point which ensured that they qualified for the European Championships.

The in-form Daniel Sturridge looks a decent bet at 10/3 with Bet Victor to open the scoring, while Frank Lampard could be worth a punt at 85/40 to net anytime. Elsewhere England can be backed at 6/1 to win 2-0.
