England face co-hosts Ukraine in Donetsk in their final Euro 2012 Group D fixture. It will be a tricky match as Ukraine will be playing on home soil with thousands of supporters behind them.

Ukraine were the last team to beat England in a qualification match after coming away with a 1-0 victory in 2009. They reached the World Cup quarter-finals in 2006 and are a match for any team on their day. England will have to be at their best if they want to get maximum points from the two matches.

England have played Ukraine a total of four times in their history, all of which have taken place since the turn of the 21st Century. England's first win was a straight forward 2-0 win in 2000, which was followed by a 3-0 four years later. The Three Lions recently came up against Ukraine in their World Cup 2010 qualifying group. England managed to beat them 2-1 at Wembley but lost the return fixture 1-0.
